1. Policy Statement

Field & Estate Ltd is committed to fostering an inclusive culture where all individuals are treated with dignity, respect, and fairness. We value diversity and believe that a workforce and client base that reflects the communities we serve strengthens our work and our impact.

This policy outlines Field & Estate Ltd’s approach to promoting:

This policy applies to:

  • All employees, directors, and contractors of Field & Estate Ltd

  • Job applicants, clients, and third-party service providers

  • All operations, from fieldwork to office settings, community projects, and supply chain partnerships

5. Discrimination and Harassment

Discrimination, harassment, bullying, and victimisation will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes:

  •  Harassment related to a protected characteristic

  • Victimisation of individuals who raise concerns or make complaints in good faith

Any breaches of this policy will be treated as a disciplinary matter and may result in formal action, including dismissal or termination of contracts.


6. Responsibilities

Directors & Leadership - Promote an inclusive company culture; ensure this policy is implemented and upheld

Managers - Lead fair and inclusive practices in recruitment, supervision, and project work

All Employees & Contractors - Treat colleagues and clients with respect; report incidents of discrimination or exclusion


7. Recruitment and Progression

  • Job adverts and descriptions will reflect our commitment to EDI

  • All candidates will be assessed based on merit, experience, and potential

  • Development opportunities will be accessible to all staff

 

8. Training and Awareness

  • Regular EDI training will be offered to all employees and site supervisors

  • EDI considerations will be integrated into health & safety and site induction processes

  • Feedback will be encouraged to help improve inclusivity in our projects and practices


9. Monitoring and Review

  • We will monitor diversity within our team and recruitment processes where appropriate

  • Feedback from staff and stakeholders will be used to inform improvements

  • This policy will be reviewed annually or in response to legislative changes or incidents
